Executive Coaching and a group coaching program. Recruiting Agency 360 teaches owners to turn their agencies into recurring revenue machines without living placement-to-placement. Some of our program members are seasoned owners or recruitment agencies and some are just starting out. The program supports members with unlimited asynchronous help from me (Diane); online modules that include extensive training in business development, how to scale your business, templates for contracts, email templates, sales scripts, scripts for podcast outreach, tips on how to add recruiters and outsourced freelancers to help you grow, and a lot more; weekly group coaching calls; access to an online community of other recruiting agency owners; and a Staffing Workshop that teaches people how to add temporary staffing, or contracting, as an offer.
