Meet Our Founders
When we first started out in recruiting, we learned quickly how much a strong network matters.
But as our careers grew—and life outside of work got busier—we found it harder and harder to stay connected with ambitious, like-minded women in this field.
We tried everything: virtual coffees, women-in-tech events, conferences for female founders. Recruiting was always just a small piece of the conversation, never the main focus.
That gap stuck with us. So we decided to create what we couldn’t find: a community built by women in recruiting, for women in recruiting. A place to connect, share, and grow together.
