Jobs for Humanity

We've partnered with Jobs for Humanity to bring a free and impactful program designed to provide training on best practices to support job seekers from underrepresented communities.

Program Overview:

  • Training: How to create an inclusive hiring process for the blind/low vision, the deaf/hard of hearing, neurodivergent, single parents, LGBTQIA+, refugees, and justice impacted. Recieve 30 SHRM credits.

  • Mentorship: You will be paired with a job seeker, offering them personalized coaching, resume assistance, and interview preparation over four 45-minute sessions.

  • Impact: This program not only enhances your DE&I skills but also provides a fulfilling opportunity to make a tangible difference in someone’s life.

Time Commitment, all online:

  • Training: 2 hours (can be split into two 1-hour sessions)

  • Mentorship: 3 or 6 hours (up up to you) spread over several weeks
